Rita Behar is the founding owner and Principle of WLBA and has worked in the beauty related commercial and education industry for over 25 years as a Lecturer, FE College Curriculum Manager, Salon Owner, IQA and VTCT External Verifier.
We are growing year on year and building strong relationships with our students, many of whom return to our academy again and again for further studies and to continue their professional development.
